Crowned Eagle Consultants (CEC) was founded in 2024 by JoAnn Miller, drawing on over 35 years of experience in public health and community development. JoAnn’s extensive background working with government and non-profit organizations fueled her commitment to helping others secure the financial resources needed to serve the most vulnerable populations. After retiring, she established Crowned Eagle Consultants to offer her expertise in grantmaking, continuing her mission to empower organizations and coalitions in making a positive impact in their communities.
